Job Summary

We are looking for result-oriented Sales Executives with hands-on experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance Sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer conversations, skilled at handling sales objections, and focused on converting qualified leads into successful policy sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.

• Understand customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable Life & Term Insurance solutions.

• Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, features, exclusions, and claim-related information.

• Follow up consistently with interested leads and drive them through the complete sales cycle.

• Convert qualified leads into successful policy sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.

• Handle customer objections effectively and use consultative selling techniques to close opportunities.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Build strong customer relationships and improve customer experience.

• Update lead status, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for smooth policy processing and issuance.

• Maintain sales quality and follow company-defined compliance and process guidelines.
  

Candidate Profile

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Life Insurance or Term Insurance Sales is mandatory/preferred.

• Candidates with experience in Insurance Telesales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Insurance Advisory can apply.

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

• Strong focus on sales targets, conversion, revenue, and customer acquisition.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and computer applications.

• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
