Salary
CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
Experience
6 months to 1 years of experience in •Sales, Outbound Calling, Lead Generation, or Business Development••.
• Candidates with strong communication skills and a sales-oriented mindset are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation.
• Identify potential customers and pitch the company's products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in outbound sales or lead generation.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
