Career opportunity for Sales & Marketing Engineer/Manager (Products Sand Filters, Fire fighting or Control Valves).

Qualification: Mechanical Engineering

Location: Thane

Experience: 3-15 years

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development, Marketing & Strategy, Technical & Commercial, Team Management.

• Identify new business opportunities across Oil & Gas, Power, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Pharma, Water Treatment, and EPCs.

• Manage the complete sales cycle: inquiry generation, technical discussions, quoting, negotiation, and order closure.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, consultants, EPC contractors, and end-users.

• Conduct regular customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

• Plan and execute marketing activities like exhibitions, digital marketing, product campaigns, and customer seminars.

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

• Prepare annual sales forecasts, market penetration strategies, and region-wise sales plans.

• Support product positioning and branding in the target industries.

• Provide technical support to customers for sand filters selection, sizing, and application analysis.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, and Production teams for technical clarifications.

• Review tenders, prepare techno-commercial offers, and ensure compliance with specifications.

• Maintain updated product knowledge for Filters.

• Lead and mentor the sales team and channel partners.

• Monitor performance, set targets, and provide necessary training/support.

• Ensure CRM updates and proper sales documentation.
