We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive- Thane to join our team at at Horizon Proptech Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for Attending inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing needs & concerns to fulfill buyer's expectations.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Arrange property site visits and follow up with clients.
Explain project details, pricing and payment plans.
Negotiate with clients and close property deals.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
