Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified B2B business leads and support sales growth.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential companies, connecting with decision-makers, conducting cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach, and scheduling business meetings and product demonstrations.

The role will also involve supporting digital marketing, content creation and brand-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach and networking.

• Identify potential companies and key decision-makers.

• Connect with CXOs, business heads and other senior executives.

• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and business discussions.

• Follow up with prospects and nurture potential customers.

• Maintain lead databases and update CRM records.

• Create presentations, brochures, emailers and social media content.

• Support LinkedIn marketing and email campaigns.

• Assist with webinars, exhibitions and other marketing activities.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required Skills

• 2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development or related roles.

• Experience in B2B lead generation and executive outreach.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable with cold calling and approaching senior decision-makers.

• Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and email campaigns.

• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel and CRM tools.

• Ability to create professional marketing content and presentations.

• Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented.

Preferred: Experience in IT services, SaaS, cybersecurity, technology or B2B consulting.
