Key Responsibilities
Support daily sales and distribution operations through DMS and backend processes.
Manage distributor and outlet master creation, updates, and compliance.
Handle DBRS management, beat alignment, outlet transfers, and route updates.
Process backend requests through CRM workflows.
Provide operational support for DMS and HHT applications.
Assist users with order processing, invoicing, and inventory transactions.
Perform data verification and maintain accurate operational records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and field teams.
Required Qualifications
Malayalam and English Language Proficiency
Graduate in Commerce, Management, IT, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, DMS, CRM, or ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
