Job Summary:
Guide prospective students in choosing the right online degree programs based on their academic background and career goals while driving student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with prospective students through calls and follow-ups.

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable online degree programs.

• Counsel students on courses, universities, and career opportunities.

• Convert leads into enrolments and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain lead records and follow-ups using CRM tools.

• Support students throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, education counselling, or online degree counselling.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.

• Target-oriented mindset and strong customer-handling skills.
