Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Import/Export Industry)

Position: Sales Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: Mumbai Office

Requirements:

• Languages: English & Hindi (Fluent in Reading, Writing & Speaking)

• Strong computer skills – MS Word & Excel

• Experience: 8–10 years (mandatory)

• Ability to handle and manage a team of 4–5 members

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Prior experience in Import/Export industry preferred

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sales coordination activities and support the sales team

• Manage and guide a team of 4–5 members for smooth workflow

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments

• Prepare and maintain sales records, documentation, and follow-ups

• Draft quotations, invoices, and shipment-related documents

• Ensure timely client support and query resolution

Salary:

₹45,000 – ₹70,000 (based on experience & market standards)
