About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Rental Sales Executive to manage residential and commercial property rental requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client needs, arranging property visits, negotiating rental agreements, and ensuring successful closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle rental inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and online portals.

• Generate leads through outbound calling, referrals, and digital platforms.

• Understand clients' rental requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Coordinate and schedule property visits with prospective tenants.

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and landlords.

• Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.

• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into successful rentals.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, site visits, and rental closures in the CRM.

• Stay updated on available inventory, rental prices, and market trends.

• Achieve monthly rental targets and revenue goals.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth rental process.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Customer-focused approach with good relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in real estate rentals, sales, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Fluent in Hindi and English.

• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel locally for property visits.

Working Days & Timings

• Working Days: Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday Week Off)

• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
