# Sales Executive

### About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at CCN. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions/sales.

### Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming leads and communicate with prospective customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable CCN courses/programs.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Convert qualified leads into admissions/sales and achieve monthly targets.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

• Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent pre-sales support.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

• Participate in counselling sessions, promotional activities, and sales campaigns.

• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.

### Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales•.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace is preferred.

Experience in Education/Training, EdTech, IT, or similar industries• will be an added advantage.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
