• Drive parent referral and alumni programs to grow word-of-mouth admissions.
• Identify and prospect corporates for creche tie-ups, employee daycare benefits and reserved-seat arrangements.
2. Marketing & Campaigns
• Plan and execute the annual marketing calendar, including admission-season campaigns, open houses, summer camps and events.
• Oversee digital marketing: Google and Meta ads, SEO, Google Business listings, social media and website lead flows.
• Manage agency and vendor relationships and the marketing budget, with clear ROI tracking by channel.
• Strengthen the World of Children brand as the trusted choice for working parents.
3. Inquiry Conversion & Admissions
• Own the admissions funnel end to end: inquiry, centre visit, follow-up, admission and onboarding.
• Set up and enforce SOPs for lead response time, centre tours, counselling scripts and follow-up cadence.
• Train and coach centre heads and counsellors on sales and parent counselling.
• Implement and maintain a CRM with accurate lead tracking and weekly funnel reporting.
4. Corporate Partnerships
• Grow the corporate partnerships business: new tie-ups, on-site / near-site creche proposals and employee benefit programs.
• Engage HR, Admin and D&I leaders at target companies; prepare proposals, pricing and contracts.
• Manage key corporate accounts to ensure service quality, renewals and expansion.
• Represent World of Children at HR forums, D&I events and industry networks.
5. P&L & Profitability

• Drive occupancy and pricing strategy; review fee structures, add-on programs and batch utilisation.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly MIS; track collections and control costs.
• Identify new revenue streams such as camps, workshops, extended hours and new centre or partnership models.
6. Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and mentor centre heads, admissions counsellors and the marketing team.
• Work closely with the academic and operations teams so that growth never compromises child safety or program quality.
• Present business reviews and growth plans to the founders.
