Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated and experienced Real Estate Freelancers who can generate leads, interact with clients, and close property deals on a commission basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through personal network, referrals, and online platforms
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Arrange site visits and client meetings
Coordinate with the internal sales team, negotiate and close deals successfully
Maintain client relationships for future business
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Own network of clients/investors is a plus. Self-motivated and target-oriented
Compensation:
