The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, understanding their property requirements, and assisting them in purchasing, selling, or leasing real estate properties. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and an understanding of the real estate market.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and digital platforms.
Identify client requirements and provide appropriate property options.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for project updates.
Maintain records of client interactions and transactions in CRM.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business, or Real Estate).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office, etc.).
