Personal Loan Sales Executive

Job Description

We are hiring Personal Loan Sales Executives for field sales.

The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, explaining personal loan products, collecting required documents and coordinating with the processing team until loan disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate personal loan leads through field visits, references and local market activities.

• Meet prospective customers and understand their loan requirements.

• Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, documentation and process.

• Collect and verify customer documents.

• Coordinate with the internal team for login, approval and disbursement.

• Develop customer and referral networks.

• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field work and meeting customers.

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.

• Sales experience in banking, NBFC, insurance, telecom or financial products will be an advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Incentives
