Positions
Application Engineer / Inside Sales Engineer
Eligibility
• Application Engineer: B.E./BTech in Mechanical Engineering only
• Inside Sales Engineer: Engineering preferred; Science/Computer background may also be considered
• Experience: Freshers / GET for Application Engineer; 2–3 years for Inside Sales Engineer
Good communication skills in •English & Hindi••
• Candidates from nearby locations preferred
💰 Salary
• Application Engineer: ₹3.6–₹4.8 LPA CTC for experienced candidates
• GET: ₹2.7 LPA for 1 year, with full-time conversion based on performance
• Inside Sales Engineer: ₹4.2–₹6 LPA CTC
• Higher salary may be considered for a particularly suitable candidate.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Support sales through •lead generation, client interaction, presentations and product demonstrations••.
• Provide technical guidance and coordinate with internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare proposals/documentation and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain CRM and customer records.

• Basic technical knowledge
