• Work Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

• Eligibility: 2023, 2024, or 2025 graduates (Bachelor's/Master's degree).

Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Associates (Inside Sales) to help parents and adult learners enroll in PlanetSpark's learning programs.

In this role, you will work with warm, high-intent leads who have already attended a demo class. You will guide prospects through the enrollment process using a consultative sales approach while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with 65–70 qualified leads daily through calls and virtual meetings.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead engagement to successful enrollment.

• Conduct personalized counseling sessions to understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.

• Handle customer queries and objections with confidence and professionalism.

• Achieve and exceed weekly sales and revenue targets.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for newly enrolled customers.

• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with prospects regularly.

• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales and product knowledge.
