Position: Retail Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a Retail Travel Sales Executive to join our team at WONDER NOVA. The role focuses on expanding the client base, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional customer service in the travel and tourism sector. Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages

• Understand customer travel requirements and convert leads into confirmed sales

• Sell and promote holiday packages, flights, hotels, visas, and add-on travel services

• Research and identify new customer opportunities and market segments

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups

• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor travel industry trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive

• Provide regular sales reports, feedback, and market insights to management

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: As per company standards

• Experience: Relevant experience in travel sales / tourism sales preferred

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel and tourism

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or booking tools is an advantage
