Job Title: Inside Sales Manager & Collections

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate daily dealer orders and ensure timely order approvals.
Follow up with dealers and customers for outstanding payments and collections.
Track dealer-wise sales performance and coordinate with Area Sales Managers/Sales Officers.
Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor order execution, dispatch status, and payment realization.
Maintain customer outstanding reports and collection MIS.
Coordinate with finance, logistics, and sales teams for smooth order processing.
Analyse sales trends and provide management with regular performance updates.
Ensure accurate maintenance of sales records, dealer data, and collection reports.
Support management in achieving sales and collection targets.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of sales reporting and MIS preparation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to coordinate with field sales teams and dealers.
Strong follow-up and collection management skills.
