We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team at at Aashrayaa Projects. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Respond promptly to inquiries received through websites, social media, property portals, and other marketing channels.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on budget, location, and property preferences.

• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers with the sales team.

• Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM system.

• Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead assignment and follow-up.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead qualification and appointment targets.

• Prepare and submit reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional communication.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
