Channels: Agency | Bancassurance | Direct Channel | Credit Life

CTC - 3.4 LPA - 8 LPA

Job Responsibilities

- Drive business growth and achieve sales targets through the assigned channel.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, customers, agents, and key stakeholders.

- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads for life insurance products.

- Manage and develop the assigned portfolio to maximize business performance.

- Coordinate with bank partners, insurance advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

- Recruit, onboard, train, and support channel partners/advisors wherever applicable.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

- Drive customer acquisition, cross-selling, and up-selling of insurance products.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and internal processes.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.

- Relevant experience in Life Insurance, Bancassurance, Agency, Direct Sales, Credit Life, Banking, or Financial Services.

- Strong sales, relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Candidates with strong channel-specific experience will be preferred.

- Candidate should be based in Bangalore or willing to work from Bangalore.
