Job Summary

The Business Development will identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, conduct product demonstrations, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.

· Prospect SMEs, startups, and enterprise clients for HRMS software solutions.

· Schedule and conduct product demonstrations.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable HRMS solutions.

· Prepare proposals and quotations.

· Negotiate pricing and close sales.

· Maintain CRM records.

· Coordinate customer onboarding.

· Achieve sales targets.

· Monitor competitor activities.

Required Skills

· B2B SaaS sales knowledge

· CRM knowledge preferred

Qualification & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.

· MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory.

· 0-2 years of Business Development/SaaS/Software Sales experience. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
