Hotel Manager

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Monitor online reviews and maintain the hotel's reputation.

Ensure proper security and emergency procedures are followed.

Conduct staff meetings and performance evaluations.

Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate VIP guest arrangements and special events.

Maintain good relationships with guests, employees, and business partners.
