Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Developer to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and drive sales growth for our interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and convert new leads into clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain sales records.
• Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Proven lead-generation and client-acquisition ability.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Experience in Interior, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries• preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
