Job Description

Kronix E services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Health Counselor who has prior experience in the healthcare counseling sector and can effectively communicate with patients/customers regarding healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel patients/customers regarding healthcare services and solutions.

Understand patient requirements and provide appropriate information.

Handle patient queries through calls and/or direct communication.

Explain healthcare services, packages, consultations, and related processes clearly.

Maintain proper follow-up with patients and customers.

Coordinate with internal healthcare teams when required.

Maintain patient/customer records and follow-up details.

Build a positive and professional relationship with patients.

Achieve assigned counseling and follow-up targets.

Eligibility

Prior experience in the Health Counselor / Healthcare Counseling sector is mandatory.

Freshers will not be considered.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable communicating with patients/customers.

Basic knowledge of healthcare services and patient handling.

Candidates should have a professional and patient-friendly approach.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 In-Hand per month, depending on interview performance, relevant experience, and candidate profile.
