We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to drive franchise expansion for Varnika Glam Salons. The ideal candidate will identify potential investors, pitch franchise opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to closure.
Identify, generate, and qualify leads interested in owning a Varnika Glam salon franchise.
Conduct business meetings and presentations to explain franchise models, ROI, investment requirements, and operational support.
Manage inquiries received via calls, emails, social media, or franchise portals.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners.
Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchisees.
Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the CRM to track leads and conversions.
Attend franchise expos, events, and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or B2B sales (preferably in salon, beauty, wellness, or retail sector).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of franchising models and ROI calculations.
Self-motivated with a goal-driven approach.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
