Job Title: Education Counsellor / Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Education Counsellor / Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on handling student inquiries, providing career guidance, and converting leads into successful admissions while ensuring a high level of student satisfaction.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 (Based on experience)
Experience: 1 – 5 years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle student leads generated through calls, social media, referrals, and events.

• Provide accurate counselling to students regarding courses, career options, and admissions.

• Regularly follow up with assigned leads to maximize conversion rates.

• Maintain and update all lead details in the CRM/system after every interaction.

• Achieve daily calling targets (approx. 100 calls including fresh and follow-ups).

• Build strong relationships with students through clear and honest communication.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

• Monitor student needs and provide suitable solutions aligned with their goals.

• Share weekly progress reports and updates with the reporting manager.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and convert leads into admissions.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and follow-up processes is preferred.
