Location : Noida, Sector 6

Job Role:

We are hiring a Team Leader to manage a telesales team for Personal Loans and Overdraft products. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving targets, and ensuring team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and motivate a team of sales executives

Drive sales for Personal Loans & Overdraft

Ensure monthly target achievement

Monitor performance and provide guidance

Handle customer escalations

Experience : 1–3 years (Team handling preferred)

Skills Required:

Good communication & leadership skills

Target-oriented mindset

Sales experience in financial products preferred

Salary : Depends on interview performance & experience
