• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Present company products and services to prospective clients in a compelling manner.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies.

• Conduct competitor analysis to stay informed on market trends and competitive positioning.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to client needs.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or a related role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:
