Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain MIS reports and sales pipeline data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Real Estate/Construction industry experience will be preferred
