We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, increasing revenue, and developing long-term business strategies.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions
Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and negotiations
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems
Represent the company at meetings, events, and conferences
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
