Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, generate new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales and revenue targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and/or commercial real estate.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, channel partners, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, property owners, developers, and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Develop and manage relationships with brokers, agents, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.
Prepare business development strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Negotiate commercial terms and support the closure of high-value transactions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, finance, CRM, and project teams to ensure smooth deal closure.
Prepare regular sales/business development reports for senior management.
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales/business development executives where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in real estate sales/business development preferred.
Strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
Strong networking and client-acquisition skills.
Target-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
