Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive partner onboarding and supply growth by acquiring property owners, co-living operators, and rental partners onto the NestFin platform.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard property owners, co-living operators, and rental partners
* Generate leads through field visits, networking, and outbound efforts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with property partners
* Pitch NestFin’s property management & lead generation solutions
* Negotiate and close partnership agreements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
* Track market trends and competitor activities
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* 10–15 new property onboardings/month
* 60–80 qualified partner meetings/month
* Conversion rate: Minimum 15–20% (meeting → onboarding)
*Requirements*
* 0–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
* Experience in *property management, or SaaS sales* preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset
* Comfortable with *field work and client meetings*
* ⁠Management Graduate (BBA) or Post Graduate (MBA) Degree is required
