We Are Hiring – Business Development Manager (Domestic Staffing)
ECHT Enterprise is looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive / Manager to join our growing recruitment and staffing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating new clients and managing business in Domestic Staffing (IT & Non-IT hiring).
Location: Noida, Sector 63, H Block (Hybrid Mode)
Role & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in domestic staffing across PAN India
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
Manage end-to-end business development activities
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Domestic Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy
Candidates with experience in IT & Non-IT permanent hiring are preferred
Key Skills
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Client handling and relationship management
✔ Target-oriented and proactive approach
✔ Experience in consultancy or recruitment firm preferred
✔ Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing process will be an advantage
