Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in driving Supernova’s growth by engaging with prospective clients, building meaningful relationships, and showcasing our cutting-edge AI-based tutoring solutions. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are passionate about transforming education.

Required Skills & Competencies

Languages: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.

Sales Drive: Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across teams and align with organizational goals.

Passion for EdTech: Strong enthusiasm for technology and education.

Prior experience in the EdTech sector or in sales/business development roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
