Job Description: Business Development Executive (Real Estate)Position Overview:We are seeking dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing property sales. This role is performance-driven and offers attractive incentives based on achievements.Key Responsibilities:• Identify potential clients and develop new business opportunities by calling them.• Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients.• Maintain strong client relationships and follow up on leads.• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to organizational growth.• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client experiences.Salary & Incentives:***Only upon achieving either 1 sale or 15 site visits in a month***• Fixed Salary: INR 18,000 per month• Performance Incentive: INR 80 per sq. ft. (variable)• Spot Offer Bonus: INR 5,000 Qualifications:• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / PUC / Graduate• Strong communication and negotiation skills(Kannada mandatory)• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach• Previous experience in real estate sales will be an added advantageWork Location:• As per project requirements (Field role)Employment Type:• Full-time
