Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales. The role involves lead follow-ups, client handling, site visit coordination, and supporting the closing process. This is an opportunity to grow with a fast-developing real estate startup.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer leads
Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements
Explain project details and pricing to customers
Coordinate and manage site visits. Support the sales team in closing deals
Maintain lead and client data accurately. Build long-term client relationships
Skills Required
Real estate sales experience (6–12 months)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Lead follow-up and client handling, inside sales/field coordination, understanding
Basic computer & Excel knowledge
Result-oriented and proactive approach
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate
Comfortable with targets and customer interaction
Office-based role (site visits as required)
