Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective learners through inbound and outbound calls.

• Understand students' educational and career aspirations.

• Recommend suitable academic programs based on learner needs

• Explain course details, curriculum, certification, fees, and career opportunities

• Manage the complete admission and enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and conduct regular follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly admission targets while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless learner onboarding.
