Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, self-motivated, and experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive our domestic business. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in channel sales, distributor & dealer management, and strong understanding of the battery or related industry. He will be responsible for managing domestic sales operations, pitching to new partners, and ensuring strong revenue growth through effective channel strategies and OEM engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage domestic channel sales across assigned states and cities.
Develop and strengthen the distributor and dealer network, ensuring active engagement and business growth.
Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in untapped territories.
Handle OEM clients and build long-term B2B partnerships.
Strategize and execute sales targets, promotional campaigns, and trade schemes.
Regularly travel to key cities and markets for business development and relationship management.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights to the management.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and finance.
