Key Responsibilities
Drive sales in Horeca (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) and Retail Channels.
Identify and onboard new clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build strong relationships with key accounts and ensure repeat business.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery, billing, and collections.
Requirements
Graduate / MBA preferred with 1–4 years of FMCG sales experience.
Prior exposure to Horeca Food Ingredients, Cocoa, Coffee, Beverages, or FMCG industries is mandatory.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
