Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities
Handle inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
Maintain a database of student interactions and update records regularly
Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission procedures
Conduct campus tours and informational sessions (if applicable)
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
