About the Role
We are looking for experienced and result-driven Academic Counselors / Sales Executives to join our team. As a key member of the sales and admissions team, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students/customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the most suitable programs or services offered by our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate programs or services.
Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools.
Provide post-sales support and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead conversion rates.
Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, or a related field (EdTech experience preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in CRM systems and sales tools.
