Job Overview

Human Heroes Services Private Limited is looking for a motivated Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to counsel students effectively regarding courses, programs, and admission procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents regarding admission procedures and available programs.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions.

• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

• Maintain student records and update the CRM system regularly.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle student queries and counseling calls

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM handling)

• Good interpersonal and follow-up skills

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

Candidate must be able to speak at least one or more of the following languages:

• Kannada

• Telugu

• Bengali

• Odia

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply

• Experience: 6 months to 2 years in admission counselling, telecalling, or sales

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
