Academic Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with a strong ability to guide prospective students and drive admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

•Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.

•Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.

•Understand student requirements and provide suitable course recommendations.

•Maintain accurate records of enquiries, applications, and conversions in the CRM system.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

•Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for students.

•Stay updated with course offerings, industry trends, and admission processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2–8 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Counselling,

Admissions, or Student Counselling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
