Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding various educational programs.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through effective counselling.
Understand students' academic background, career aspirations, and recommend suitable courses.
Conduct counselling sessions via phone calls, video meetings, and face-to-face interactions.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy conversion ratio.
Handle inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
Meet monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the admissions, operations, and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Build strong relationships with prospective students and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2+ years of experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, or admission counselling is mandatory.
Experience in handling inbound and outbound counselling calls.
Comfortable working from the Mumbai office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with online learning platforms, universities, coaching institutes, or EdTech companies.
Strong understanding of the education industry and admission processes.
Ability to handle high lead volumes and achieve admission targets consistently.
