Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.

• Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.

• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.

• Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store housekeeping.

• Handle billing and POS transactions efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.

• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business goals.

Additional Responsibilities – Store Manager

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.

• Drive store sales and overall business performance.

• Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.

• Manage daily store operations, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.

• Coach team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Who We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Fashion Retail.

• Passion for retail and customer service.

• Well-groomed, confident, and professional.

• Sales-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.

• Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
