Job వివరణ

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our Experience Centre in Ghitorni, Delhi. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills and be passionate about delivering a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the Experience Centre.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable stained glass solutions.

Explain our products, customization options, and pricing.

Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales.

Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with the design team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.

Prepare quotations and maintain customer records.

Achieve monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service.

Maintain the showroom's presentation and display standards.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in showroom, retail, or inside sales.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.

Experience in furniture, modular kitchens, glass, doors & windows, tiles, sanitaryware, luxury interiors, or building materials will be preferred.

Positive attitude and customer-first approach.

Location: Ghitorni, New Delhi

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Performance Incentives
