Role Overview
We are hiring experienced sales professionals to connect with customers interested in selling their cars. The role involves understanding customer expectations, negotiating pricing, and driving successful deal closures through calls and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers interested in selling their vehicles
Understand customer requirements and pricing expectations
Consult customers on vehicle valuation, pricing, and market trends
Quote prices and negotiate effectively to close deals
Manage the end-to-end sales and closure process
Handle payment coordination and related documentation
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure high conversion rates
Maintain detailed reports and update internal systems regularly
Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience
Act as a customer advocate by ensuring exceptional service standards
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate degree in any discipline
1–10 years of experience in sales (preferred: telesales, inside sales, automotive sales, or customer-facing roles)
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of a regional language is an added advantage
Excellent negotiation, convincing, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with high call volumes
Basic understanding of automobiles and market dynamics is preferred but not mandatory
Proficient in maintaining records and preparing reports
