We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Senior Recruiters / Team Leads with strong experience in Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing candidates across industries such as Manufacturing, FinTech, Retail, Sales.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle and, depending on experience, guiding a small recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, databases and other channels.

• Handle recruitment for Manufacturing, FinTech, Retail, Sales, and other Non-IT positions.

• Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.

• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations and cultural fit.

• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for interview scheduling and feedback.

• Negotiate salary, notice period and other joining-related aspects with candidates.

• Drive candidates through the offer, documentation and joining process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.

• Achieve defined individual and team recruitment targets.

• For Team Lead-level responsibilities, monitor recruiter performance, allocate requirements and support team members in achieving targets.

• Conduct regular market mapping and identify new sources of quality candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
