Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Senior Recruiter / Team Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing, retail, and other non-IT business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and interviewing skills, good knowledge of recruitment practices, and the ability to manage recruitment targets and, where applicable, a small team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, manufacturing, sales and other non-IT positions.

• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for timely closures.

• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, databases, consultants, walk-ins, and other channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and daily/weekly hiring reports.

• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets within agreed timelines.

• Handle offer negotiation, documentation, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

• Manage relationships with recruitment consultants, vendors, and external sourcing partners.

• As a Team Lead, guide, monitor, and motivate recruiters to achieve hiring targets.

• Track team performance and provide regular feedback and support.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• 1–6 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR hiring.

• Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, logistics, sales, operations, or other non-IT sectors preferred.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

• Team-handling experience will be an advantage.

• Education

  Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or a related qualification will be an added advantage.
