Key skill:
• End to end recruitment in non-IT sectors such as Building material, Consumer durable, FMCG, Automobile, etc.
• Handling end to end recruitment.
• Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement and on boarding. Creatively source high-caliber candidates by leveraging recruiting software, cold calling and employee referrals.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Follow up with the short-listed candidates. Guiding them to clear the interview task. Negotiating with the candidates on the salary.
• Follow up with the offered candidates and keep track of their joining dates.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Work from the office.
